I got some more good news today.  My white count came up on its own to 3.4 and my platelets are 72,000.   This is awesome and I have the weekend off.  Double awesome.  The next time I have to be at the clinic is Monday.

I had a good day off yesterday.  I went to breakfast at Elmo’s, a diner nearby.  I then went to the Nasher Art Museum to see a special Picasso exhibit.  It was an ok exhibit, but small.  Most of the works were studies and pen and ink drawings done as a part of larger works.  It was interesting to learn about his lifelong work with text.  I was very tired by the time I got home, so I spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing at home.  Other than that, nothing else really happened.  I am getting stronger by the day and look forward to getting well enough to go home.

New pictures are up under IMAGE from October and November.  I’ll add some from Thanksgiving this weekend.
